Our Grounds Maintenance team visit the site twice a month to ensure the outdoor areas and car park are well presented and safe for both staff and visitors.
Under our contract, we deliver services throughout the year ensuring the grounds are safe during Winter months before preparing and managing areas in the Spring and Summer when outdoor spaces need to look their best.
During our visits, we conduct grass cutting and box mowing across the site, blowing and sweeping of pathways, entrances and perimeter as well as litter picking.
When required, we provide leaf clearance of the car park and pavements along with herbicide spraying reduce the impact and time in maintaining weeds and debris.
Site inspections and reviews are undertaken to advise Peak Education on areas of improvement and highlight potential risks.
The staff we have onsite are always professional and courteous to what is going on around them. The standard of work is high and nothing is overlooked.
The main benefit for me is the monthly checks the Fidelis management team do with their staff on the ground. This means I have very little of my time taken up managing the cleaning processes as it is always taken care of.
