Our Team of 70+ Cleaning Operatives provide daily cleaning, additional sanitisation support, and deep cleaning services in the halls of residence, communal buildings and teaching areas across 9 campuses.
Following a successful tender process, our Management Team conducted a rigorous and detailed site survey to assess the standards of cleanliness in order to outline processes, procedures and cleaning requirements.
Our initial planning and implementation stage was heightened due to being in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, which saw the client require additional sanitisation cleaning in high traffic touch points areas throughout the buildings.

With a team of over 70+ operatives, it was essential that we introduced our training and development plans to ensure that there was a successful onboarding process along with a continued and ongoing training plan.
It was integral to introduce the “Fidelis way” and embed our culture from the outset which is at the forefront of our business. At Fidelis we have a duty to look after both our operatives and the client we are delivering cleaning services for.

Due to the size and scale of the contract, Mick Williamson was introduced as Implementation Manager to oversee the initial and ongoing stages of introducing the world class cleaning standards that we are recognised for. Mick and the team have introduced and built a great working relationship and partnership between the client’s Estates Team and the Fidelis operatives on site.
During the initial months of delivering the contract, we have been required to provide a number of reactive decontamination and sanitisation cleaning services which have been essential in maintaining safe, secure and conforming environments for staff, students and visitors .
We can see a real improvement with the cleaning since Fidelis took over and it is starting to get to where we would expect it to be now so thank you. Whenever we have reactive requests Fidelis have dealt with these immediately, which has been a breath of fresh air. Throughout Fidelis have been honest and transparent with all costs and budgets giving us full peace of mind.
