Being a great company goes far beyond having a large physical space, many clients or millions in revenue. Being a great company means having people connected to a purpose, having talents that meet the real needs of everyday life. It means having great employees — people who wake up every day and make the world work better.

I am very proud to be part of a company like Fidelis: a company made by people and for people. It is gratifying to feel that I am part of something bigger, a team that builds with purpose and with heart. Fidelis sees me, values me and walks alongside me. Thank you, Fidelis, for being part of my journey.

I enjoy the responsibility. I’m often trusted to work independently, which gives me a real sense of ownership and pride in what I do. There’s a huge feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day. No two days are ever the same either. Sometimes I’m taking care of the usual tasks, and other times I’m going above and beyond - keeps things interesting!

It’s good to be able to support the team, help them with anything they’re struggling with, and make sure everyone’s got what they need. I’ve been here since the early days; it's amazing to look at how far we’ve come. We’ve built a proper team and a solid operation.

Nathaniel joined Fidelis as a cleaning operative, working within our industrial team. It was quickly clear that his relentless passion, persistence to constantly deliver a high standard of work and excellent customer service would see him progress.

To help him achieve his career goals, Natty received management and industry-based training (including British Institute of Cleaning Science and International Powered Access Federation) and was promoted to Key Account Supervisor, then to Contract Manager, where he’s responsible for the contractual and reactive cleaning for the retirement and communal living portfolio. Nathaniel continues to thrive, always seeking opportunities and ways to further support his clients.
