Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Birmingham and the Wider Midlands. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards that reflect our company's commitment to excellence, you will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties using hand tools and power tools to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of commercial and industrial spaces according to company protocols.
• Use appropriate equipment and techniques for different surfaces and environments.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks involving hand tools or power tools as needed.
• Report any issues or damages observed during cleaning activities.
• Support team members to achieve daily operational goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management roles.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks.
• Previous experience in construction-related cleaning is a plus.
