Covering Taunton and Surrounding area TA21, TA19, TA6 - 29.5 hours per week.

Wellington, Ilminster, Bridgewater

Pay Rate £13.21

Duties and Key responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning tasks as per specification and to the required standard
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Instructions
• Keep machinery and equipment in good working order
• Ensure all policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, are being followed
• Refer to the Fidelis Site File on a regular basis for site information and company policies and procedures
• Ensure the correct procedures for signing in and out of the premises, using the communication book, are being followed
• Always wear Fidelis uniform and ID badge when working on site
• Complete Fidelis Induction process prior to the start date, including H&S & COSHH training, Colour Coding methodology, Risk Assessments etc.
• Maintain regular contact with the site Contracts manager on regular basis
• Report any issues immediately following Fidelis procedure

• Follow reasonable management instructions at all times

Qualification / Training required

• Full training will be provided by Fidelis
• DBS clearance will be provided by Fidelis
• BICS certification will be provided by Fidelis

The Company may amend your duties from time to time and may require you to undertake other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business You may be required by both Fidelis and its customers, to undertake training to meet requirements both legal and non-legal.
