The client: SK tes, a global provider of sustainable technology lifecycle services - recycling laptops and phones, extracting metals (including gold) for reuse - with a presence in over 40 countries. The Birmingham facility services the entire UK.
Background: with a contract that commenced in June 2022, two operatives provide three hours of cleaning each, daily. This covers four meeting rooms, toilets, the reception area, two kitchenettes and communal areas.
The requirement: when you’re working with high-tech machinery, intricate processes and a large workforce, being able to meet safety and quality standards is essential.
