Artifex Deep Cleaning : Case Study

Artifex supply automotive and commercial vehicle interiors, providing products for more than 300 companies across the globe.

Fidelis started off with a full survey of Artifex’s premises. Initially, we provided daily cleaning and housekeeping services, immediately putting right existing problems.

We were then called upon to also oversee and operate plant zone cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, and washroom consumable services.

We also carry out regular scheduled deep clean services to high traffic plant areas.

Within a year we had also tendered and successfully gained further business for a 159,000 sq ft sister site at Elmdon.

We carried out further deep clean services during summer shutdowns and bank holidays.

Excellent hygiene and safety standards are maintained throughout the premises.

When Artifex moved to its all-purpose new premises, we were at their side throughout the transfer.

This was thanks to a dedicated Fidelis team and site management process to provide our services across all areas of the Artifex sites.

We made an immediate impact after TUPE transferring the current employees and putting in our own training and our Fidelis bespoke systems.
