Fidelis join The Buddy Bag Foundation to celebrate 10,000 bags packed
On Thursday 14th, Ian Ansermoz and Louise Francis joined a room packed full of The Buddy Bag supporters and volunteers to celebrate 10,000 buddy bags packed.
As well as the huge achievement of packing bags, the evening also saw people and companies awarded that had been part of the journey.
A Buddy Bag is a backpack that contains all the essential items a child needs. They include toiletries, pyjamas, socks and underwear. They also include comfort items such as a book, a photo frame and a teddy bear. A Buddy Bag is something a child can call their own, no matter where they go.
This means that the Buddy Bag Foundation has made a difference to 10,000 children around the UK.
