Over recent months, we are delighted to have promoted a number of staff members within the Fidelis team, following excellent performance, the dedication demonstrated to their development and the contributions they have made to the business thus far.
Firstly, we’d like to congratulate Marzena Wasik for her recent promotion from Site Supervisor to Assistant Site Manager.
Our Implementation Manager, Mick Williamson commented, “Marzena has been very open to learning new processes and is always striving to achieve that little bit more. This is a great step forward for the team and for the university as a contract with exciting times ahead.”
Another member of staff we’d like to congratulate is Paula Truesdale, who has been promoted from Contract Support Manager to Contract Manager in the last month, recognising her contributions and hard work. We look forward to seeing her thrive in this role.
Finally, congratulations are also in order for staff member Ryan Halford who is now the Health and Safety Officer for Fidelis.
Ryan has been with us for over 6 years now and started as a Supervisor/Operative.
It has been a pleasure seeing him flourish and progress through the business over the years and we look forward to continuing to utilise his skills and passion as he takes on this new Health and Safety Officer role.
