Fidelis Contract Services acquired by REACT plc
We are delighted to announce Fidelis Group has been acquired by REACT Group plc, a specialist in cleaning, hygiene and decontamination services.
This marks the first acquisition for the Derbyshire based business as part of their value-accretive growth strategy.
Fidelis was founded over 10 years ago and has built a strong reputation delivering high quality contract cleaning and hygiene services, ranging from daily housekeeping and washroom hygiene services through to building and caretaker services.
In recent years, Fidelis established ourselves as one of the leading providers of commercial contract cleaning within the education, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
Our long term contract cleaning services complement REACT specialising in the provision of reactive cleaning, allowing both organisations to further their relationships with existing clients whilst creating a unique and valuable cleaning services proposition.
