Fidelis are delighted to announce the recent appointment of Andy Watts as Workforce and Administration Coordinator joining our growing team. 

At the beginning of 2021, Andy joined our Head Office team in a newly created role for the business to help us drive efficiencies within our workforce of 400 people. 

Our focus is to continuously improve our processes and efficiencies across the organisation. Using our Timegate System, Andy will play a fundamental role in supporting Contract Managers to ensure we are continuously improving the delivery of commercial cleaning contracts.

Andy will be responsible for managing personal data, right to work, holiday cover and absenteeism. This involves liaising with our team of operatives to ensure they are up to date with developments and changes within the organisation.

As well as the management of our Timegate system within our current sites, Andy will also play a key role in introducing the innovative workforce management system into new sites.
