Expanding Birmingham based company Fidelis Contract Services, recently celebrated their 5th Anniversary together with over 70 guests.
The commercial Cleaning and soft services company who are now based in Great Barr, celebrated their 5th Anniversary at Moor Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield on October 5th, along with their Team, Business colleagues and friends.
Deputy Lord Mayor Cllr. Raymond Hassell, was in attendance and congratulated Fidelis on how great it is to see Business thriving in the Midlands by offering something different for the clients and team. He commended Fidelis by saying “We need to get youth into work – And Fidelis are doing that.”
Nathaniel Levy, Jade Scoular, Ryan Halford, Dawn Higgins and Ian Ansermoz were the 5 members of the Fidelis Team who were awarded for their outstanding contribution to the Company – reflecting the Company’s commitment to helping the young into work and developing their skills, by providing opportunities through apprenticeships and training.
During the last 5 years, the number of staff has grown to over 150 and the company works with customers across Industrial, Commercial, Automotive and Healthcare sites including customers like Sertec, Extra Care and the Jardine Group.
Sue Evans, Strategic and Financial Advisor for Fidelis spoke passionately about the future of Fidelis with emphasis on the opportunities available for everyone and created by the people at, and supporting, Fidelis.
Managing Director, Lloyd Ansermoz summed up his pride in the people on which Fidelis rely by saying “From our team, to our supply partners, to our customers- The difference is us.”
Fidelis is a company that are changing the way that Cleaning Companies are seen, from the standards of service to the training that the Team receive. “Fidelis are always actively looking for people to join their expanding team and welcome people who want to make a difference, for themselves, their families, our company and our customers” said Louise Francis, Office Manager for Fidelis.
Fidelis’ Charities of the year, The Buddy Bag Foundation and Midlands Air Ambulance, were represented at the event. Chris Williams of ‘The Buddy Bag Foundation’, spoke to guests about the support that Fidelis provides them with to help raise awareness of the work of the charity.
Lloyd Ansermoz thanked everyone who supported them and said that he look forward to the 10th Anniversary celebration.
